We have been issued with two Environment Protection Licences by the NSW Environment Protection Authority allowing us to fumigate forestry products for export.

Under our licence, we must monitor the concentration of fumigant within shipping containers prior to them being vented to the atmosphere. The Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW) requires us to publish monthly summaries of our pollution monitoring data on our website within 14 days of the end of the month. If our test result summaries do not meet the limits in our Environmental Protection Licence, we will explain when, why and to what extent.
